Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us when you use Liftpad. Plain words, no surprises.

Last updated November 5, 2026

Who we are

Liftpad is operated by Stellaire Web, an enterprise registered in Quebec, Canada (NEQ 2282607243). "We" and "us" mean Stellaire Web. Contact: info@stellaireweb.com.

Your account

Your content stays yours

You own the websites, files and data you put on Liftpad. You give us only the permission needed to host, copy, cache, scan for safety and display them for you, for as long as they are on Liftpad.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, including text, photos, fonts and code. Content made for you by the AI builder is yours to use; check it before you publish, as you would any draft.

Acceptable use

Every site must follow our Acceptable Use Policy (https://liftpad.app/acceptable-use/). We may hold a deploy for review, remove content or suspend a site that breaks it, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Plans, billing and taxes

Free plan

The Free plan includes one website on a liftpad.ca address, 100 AI credits a month and the limits shown on the pricing page. Free sites show a small "Made with Liftpad" badge that must stay visible, cannot add code snippets or custom domains, and their deploys are checked for scams before they go live. We may change or end the Free plan with 30 days' notice; you can always export your site.

Availability

We work to keep Liftpad fast and online, monitor it around the clock and keep every version of your sites. Still, the service is provided as it is and as available: we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything important (you can export at any time).

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that stays unpaid; except in urgent cases (fraud, phishing, malware, legal orders), we tell you first and give you time to export your sites.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we tell you by email at least 30 days before an important change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Quebec, unless the law gives you the right to another court.

These terms exist in English and French; both versions are equally valid. Les parties ont exigé que ce document soit rédigé en anglais et en français.
