Monthly plans
- Cancel any time from the dashboard (Billing) or by writing to us. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term contract.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid; the next month is not charged.
- Months already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or when we fail to provide the service.
Credit packs
- An unused credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A pack that has been partly used is not refunded.
- If a purchase or automatic top-up could not be added to your account, we refund it automatically.
- Credits spent on an AI job that fails are given back to your balance automatically.
Domain names
- If we cannot register the domain you paid for, we refund you in full automatically.
- Once a domain is registered, the registry has been paid and the domain is yours for the year, so it is not refundable. You keep it even if you leave Liftpad.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. For any question, write to info@stellaireweb.com.
